Ronny Dale Golden was born November 9, 1949 in Linden, Texas to William Howard and Mildred Golden. Ronny passed away Monday, February 19, 2024. Ronny was “larger than life.” He made friends easily and helped anyone he could. Ronny loved his friends and family fiercely. He was a huge supporter of his grandchildren’s sporting activities; he was always their #1 fan. Ronny was a hard worker. Over the years Ronny worked as a steel and construction worker, businessman, and cattleman. He was an avid roper and coached Little League Baseball for years. He was preceded in death by his parents; and several brothers and sisters.
Ronny is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ann Golden; daughter and son-in-law, Vanda and Stephen Joseph; son and daughter-in-law, Ronny, Jr. and Summer Golden; grandchildren, Jaxon Joseph, Trapper Golden, Lillie Golden; sisters, Johnnie Chunn, Sue McDaniel (Douglas), Teresa Bradley (Charlie); brother, Steven Golden (Barbie); sister-in-law, Jerry Mullins (Glenn); and several nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.
Graveside services for Mr. Ronny Golden will be 12:00 p.m. noon, Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Dennis Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.

Uncle Ronny will always be remembered as the fun and funny uncle when we were growing up. Definitely one of a kind! Him and Dad are up in heaven smoking cigars and roping on those big black horses. Love always!
