Funeral services for Mr. Billy Ray Shaw, age 64, of Hughes Springs, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at New Beginnings Church in Gilmer, Texas, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2024, at the funeral home.
Mr. Shaw was born March 2, 1960, in Hughes Springs, Texas to Willie D. “Bill” Shaw, and Audrey Mae Shaw. He passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024, in Pittsburg, Texas.
Mr. Shaw worked for many years as a Forklift Operator. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy’s fan, who loved his truck and keeping it clean and well taken care of! He was his grandkid’s biggest fan, never missing any of their events. He loved people, and never met a stranger. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Mr. Shaw was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Willie D. “Bill” Shaw; brother, Jimmy D. Shaw.
He is survived by his mother, Ms. Audrey Shaw; son, Shane Shaw (Cara); daughter, Felicia Archundia (Daniel); grandchildren: Grace Archundia, Gavin Archundia, Grant Archundia, Zeke Shaw, Genesis Shaw; brother, Ricky Shaw (Carrie); niece, Ashlee Graefe (Joey); great-niece, Halynn Graefe; uncle, Charles Shaw; aunts: Geraldine Shaw, Bea Frazier, and Joyce Stapleton.

So sorry for the lost of Billy , He definitely WILL be Missed Prayers for Comfort and Strength for you ALL in this time’s of sorrow , Rest in peace RIP Billy !
I am so sorry for your loss. Billy was in my class and he was just this quiet, sweet guy. You can tell by the pictures that he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Praying for his family during this difficult time.
