Damion Robert DiMarco, age 38, of Lone Star, Texas passed away at his home on November 3, 2024. Born in Boulder, Colorado, Damion was the eldest of three brothers, a role he cherished, especially in his close bond with his brother Curtis, whom he lovingly called his “big brother.” Damion’s life was filled with simple joys and boundless kindness. He was known for his unwavering sweetness and the warmth he shared with everyone around him. His days were brightened by his cherished dogs—Rudolph, Midnight, and Chip Douglas—who were his faithful companions. Damion’s love for chocolate, his frequent visits to Starbucks, and his passion for watching movies highlighted his love for the little pleasures in life. He is survived by his devoted mother and stepfather, Tina and Tenton Smith; his father, Robert DiMarco; his loving brothers, Curtis DiMarco and Andrew DiMarco; his grandmother, Teresa Rivas; uncles, Eduartho and Rene Rivas; and his aunt, Adrian Rivas. A memorial service to celebrate Damion’s life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will gather to honor his memory and the joy he brought into their lives. Damion will be remembered for his kind spirit and the love he shared with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed and cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 15, 2024 at Reeder-Davis Chapel in Hughes Springs.

Damion was my nephew. He was a lil stinker when he was a kid, but grew up to be the sweetest! I miss him. I miss him calling me at stupid o’clock, miss his jokes and his sweet smile. Most of all, I’ll miss him calling me Auntie.
