Private funeral services for Mr. Timothy Jacob Michael Taleno, age 27, of Ore City, Texas, were held in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Burial followed at Woodlawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.Β  Timothy passed away on February 17, 2025. He was born on March 8, 1997, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Israel Taleno and Florinda Acuna Taleno.

Timothy had a gift for bringing joy to those around him. With his quick wit, infectious laughter, and kind heart, he had a way of lifting spirits wherever he went. Whether among family, friends, or co-workers at Robroy Industries, he was the person who kept everyone smiling. His love for music was a central part of his life. He found joy in playing guitar, singing, and simply listening to the songs that spoke to his soul.

Above all, Timothy was a devoted father to his three children, Elijah, Delilah, and Jacob Taleno. He loved them dearly, and his greatest happiness came from being their dad.

Timothy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmo Taleno, Angela Romero, Petro Acuna, and Paula Hernandez, as well as his infant sister, Paula Taleno. He is survived by his loving parents, Israel and Florinda Taleno; his siblings, Jacqueline, Daniel, Jemima and Anthony Maize, Jessica, Estephanie and Javier Solis, Angelina, Natalie, Alexander and Emma Barton, and Jennette Taleno; his cherished children, Elijah, Delilah, and Jacob; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and countless treasured friends.

Timothy’s light, laughter, and love will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He was very much loved by his family and friends forever.

Jacob was probably one of the only people I loved that would treat my sister Victoria right,I remember the night he came over to the house and I met him and I knew that I would love him from that point on and even though him and Vic weren’t together that long I’ll always know him as my brother-in-law.He treated my nieces and my nephew like his own kids and they loved him and I hate that he was gone too soon and I remember when he brought me to meet his babies and I could tell he was such a good dad and for sure a damn good man their wasn’t a time when he wasn’t smiling or laughing,Thank you Jacob for being in my life and vics you changed our lives for the better I love you.
