Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery in Cason, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mr. Cobbins will lie in state for viewing from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2025, at Reeder-Davis in Hughes Springs.

Mr. Cobbins passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, in Tyler, Texas.
