  1. My sympathy to the Thomas family: Ecclesiastes 3:12 tells us that it is good to rejoice and to do good during ones life; so as you celebrate Dannys life, please remember that Our Heavenly Father authorized His son, Jesus Christ to tell us that many now dead will live again (John 5:21, John 11:24-25). Also 1 Peter 5:7 says Almighty God cares for you

  2. Son, Hero, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-grandfather…My beloved husband of 34 years left this world for a better one June 18, 2016. He will no longer know the pain and suffering of the terrible diseases that destroyed his earthly body. I miss him so much already and one day at a time I am going to try to find a way to go on without him until we meet again.

  3. Danny Thomas was a loving husband and father, good friend and mentor who made friends and family feel welcome. He loved to read and he passed that passion on to his children. Danny was a graduate of Daingerfield HS and was on the football team that won DHS their first state championship in 1968. He served 6 years as a U.S. Marine and was a Viet Nam Veteran.Danny was preceded in death by his father James H. Thomas; mother Amy Carr; grandson Connor Maxwell; and numerous aunts and uncles. He is survived by his wife Kathy; his children Tiffany Maxwell and husband Michael; daughter Amie Nix and husband Brandon; daughter Kristal Thomas and husband Jason; son Aaron Thomas and wife Ashley; granddaughter Morgan Huddleston and husband Bobby; grandsons Jaxson Croley, Emmett Thomas, and Elam Thomas; and great-granddaughter Casey Huddleston. Danny we love you and will miss you.
