Willie B Chism

Willie B. Chism attended Daingerfield High School. He labored at Lone Star Steel and Pilgrim Pride. He later relocated to the San Antonio area where he spent many fruitful years perfecting his skills as a butcher, chief in the restaurant business and an auto mechanic.
Willie B. Chism leaves in remembrance his four sons, Kajun Chism of San Antonio, Texas, Rodrick Chism, Christopher Chism, Johnny Chism all of Daingerfield, Texas:; two daughters; Shandalyn Chism and Courtney Chism both of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters; Arma Gene Manning, Loretta Gene Chism of Dallas, Texas, and Kathy Chism-Walters of Indianapolis, Indiana; four brothers; Bobby Joe Chism of Dallas, Texas, William Paul Chism of Lone Star, Texas and Willie Bob Chism of Cason, Texas, and Donny Scott Chism of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Willie B. Chism had special words of encouragement, skills, laughter and guidance for all of his nieces and nephews: Kendrick, Adrian, Tammie, Jessica, Vonda, Joseph, Johnny, Adolphus, Shunterria, Shuntavian, Motiquida, Amanda, Jasper, Dovonte, Hailey, Gregory, Terrance. Robert and Rosalind, He also loved and cherished his moments with his grandchildren; Kenny, Viney and Kajun Jr.
Willie B. Chism had a special gift of compassion when it came to the younger generation of great nieces and nephews: Katina, Adolphus, Jr.; Jayvyn, Jayla and Jaycelyn; Xavier, Karmyn, Kamilla, and Katalyna. Willie B. Chism also had a host of cousins, other relatives and friends who truly loved and cared for him throughout his life. Services for Mr. Chism will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home Chapel in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
