Services for Robert John Bobby Bolden, 61, of Daingerfield, will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Cason with Bro. Scott Darby officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Friday at the church. Mr. Bolden was born November 14, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri and passed away September 21, 2015 at a Longview hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired police officer. Bobby also served as Chief of Police in Winfield. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bobby and Jeanette Loafman. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kathy Lynn Bolden; four children, Robert Shane Bolden of Lone Star, Tiffany Bolden of Daingerfield, Lacey Bolden of Daingerfield, and Christi Roberts of Lone Star; seven grandchildren, Justin Yarlott, Brittany Yarlott, Alyssa Bolden, Darrin Bolden, Key Peters, Devin Wilson, and Kavon Bolden; one great-grandchild, Ryland Brown; four sisters, Judy Hines and Connie Gibson of Missouri, Linda Green of Gilmer, and Debbie Shannon of Ore City; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
