Funeral services for Reba Merle Fincher, 90, of Atlanta, formerly of Hughes Springs, will be 10:00 a.m. Sunday September 7, 2014 at the Linden Seventh Day Adventist Church, with Pastor Adrian Solis officiating. Interment will follow at Kildare Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Linden. There will be a time of visitation from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2014 at the funeral home. Reba was born April 27, 1924 and passed away September 3, 2014. She was a member of the Linden Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is survived by her son, James Fincher and wife Judy of Naples; four sisters, Lorena Stigaulde, Lee Duncan, Bernice Foster, Dorothy Hickson; two brothers, Curtis Tidwell and wife Jan, Johnny Tidwell and wife Lynn and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Curtis Fincher; daughter Lorena McDaniel; son Roger Lee Fincher; sister Nettie Vaughn; and brother Edward Tidwell. Memorials can be made to the Linden Seventh Day Adventist Church.
