Graveside services for Birdie Stewart, 92, of Hughes Springs, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Harris Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6 until 8 Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Stewart was born on January 19, 1922, and passed away August 10, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, Byron Stewart; daughter, Pamela Sue Stewart; five sisters and one brother. She is survived by four sons, Bobby Stewart and wife Darlene, Donny Stewart, Tommy Stewart and wife Mischelle, and Ricky Stewart; eight grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
