Services for William "Big Boo" Young 65 of Ore City will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 29, 2014 at St. Paul Baptist Church in Ore City. Mr. Young passed away March 24, 2014 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents Hattie Mae Grant and Dyke Wright; his brother Roosevelt Young and his sister Emma Williams. He is survived by his wife Deborah (Jones) Young of Ore City; 2 stepsons Thomas Hart of Ore City and Keith (Marika) Foreman of Yazoo City, Mississippi; 1 stepdaughter Tracey (Robert) Collins of Yazoo City, Mississippi; 4 brothers Jessie (Teresa) Randall Grant of Yazoo City, Mississippi, Johnny Grant and Eddie Young of Jackson, Mississippi; 2 stepbrothers Eddie (Francis) Grant, and Sylvester (Melvina) Grant of Yazoo City, Mississippi and a special and dear nephew Jeremiah Gilliam and niece Ar'Mani Jones of Ore City and a host of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Please accept my sincere condolences. May you be comforted by the hope found in the Holy Bible at Revelation 21:4 which promises that one day the earth will be a place of freedom from pain, mourning, and even death; and the words of Jesus Christ at John 5:28-29 all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.
