Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I remember meeting Dyrika (probably 15 years ago) when I was a teenager working at Save Mart in Hughes Springs, she was always so outgoing, smiling, & sweet…I got the pleasure of reconnecting with her when she moved to Atlanta a couple years ago when she would accompany patients to the clinic that I worked at! She always asked how I was doing, we'd briefly catch up, laugh and visit! The last time I saw her, I ran into her in a store in Linden, she was her usual happy, talkative self!! She was a genuine lady that always cared about how other people were doing and even if times were tough for her, she smiled and was friendly as could be. I will miss bumping into her. The world needs more people like her!My heart is aching for her family and friends! I will continue to pray for peace and comfort.

  2. Debbie,I am so sorry for your loss. Look to God for strength during these difficult days, and the days and months ahead. Because of His grace, I can make it through each day after the loss of my sister-in-law and brother. I will be lifting you up in prayer.

  3. Dyrika was a beautiful woman inside and out, she will be greatly missed. I could not have asked for a better co-worker and friend. She express a heart of gold to each person she came in contact with, always giving. She expressed a grace that I will forever remember. She was a force that brighten a persons life.

  4. I love you and miss you so much. You were always like a mom to me. In my dictionary, the definition of Dyrika is Love and family. You will always be my mom. Love you…

  5. I remember the laughs as young children and her loving smile. We always had a good time when we were together. I prayed that my mom would give her the biggest hug for me when she seen her in heaven. Cous, we will always love and miss you. You will never be forget.

  6. I remember Dyrika when she was in high school, and I was working at HSHS. She had such a sweet smile. Our prayers are with her family.

  7. Dyrika Dawn is/was special to me. I was blessed to watched her grow up. She was full of life with a beautiful smile and a mouth full of chatter…she was the same even if it had been awhile since seeing her. You knew she loved you…and I loved her. Bless her family Jesus and give them peace and comfort. amen

  8. We called her motormouth, but enjoyed every word out of her mouth. She was a very bright light, and it has been with a very heavy heart that I have learned of her passing. I do believe though, that we will be able to look up into the stars and see her shining above us. A light as bright as Dyrika's can never truly go away.

  9. I'm going to miss Dyrika like crazy we had lost touch over the years but I know she hadn't changed by all of the kind words that people have written. She was one of my sweetest best-est friends in high school there was never a dull or silent moment in our times together. She could always find something for us to talk or laugh about. The DQ parking lot was our hang out spot. Many laughs and tears were left there. Over the years we would run into one another and just laugh and pick right back up where we left off like old times. She and I had so much fun together were you saw one you saw the other. We were more like sisters than friends. I love her to pieces. I'm going to miss my friend. Sending prayers for love, peace and comfort to her family.

  10. Justin, I'm so sorry about your mom. She was a really nice woman and I'm very happy that I had the chance to meet her. I hope you're holding up well, and I'll be keeping you in my prayers. I love and miss you and I hope to see you soon. All respects to you and your family.

  11. Our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. May you all comfort one another and find comfort knowing others care.

  12. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I am sorry for your loss. I pray the Lord comfort your hearts at this time.
