LINDEN Daultyn Wayne Slaten, 2, went to be with Jesus on Friday, September 8, 2012 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born August 6, 2010 in Texarkana to Raven Baxter and Kevin Slaten. Daultyn was one of the most beautiful children God ever created in every sense of the word. The world was a little bit brighter from him being here for this short time. Daultyn had an amazing life full of people that loved him and he never wanted for anything. He leaves behind his parents, Raven and Kevin; grandparents, Licia and Gary Rector, Ross and Tammy Moore, David and Wanda Slaten and Shannon Mitchell; great-grandparents, Mary and Dicky Moore, Marcia and Paul Rust and Walter Baxter; his aunts and uncles include John and Kayla Baxter, Kristy Slaten, Gary Rector, Sonny Rector and Kenzie Mitchell; and countless others who loved Daultyn with all their hearts. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Linden Church of Christ with Bob Money officiating. Interment will be in Center Hill Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home in Linden. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Walk now with Jesus, Daultyn, we love you and miss you and we will never forget you. We look forward to the day we see him again and we cant wait to be reunited with him. A fund for the family to help with expenses has been set up at Texana Bank, 124 E. Rush, Linden,TX.
