LINDEN TX Graveside services for Inman Windell Rice, 86 , of Linden, will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 16, 2012 in Zion Hill Cemetery. Interment is under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home, Inc. of Linden. Mr. Rice was born July 6, 1926 to Maggie Rice Lacey. He passed away August 15, 2012 in a Linden nursing center. Mr. Rice was a principal in schools in California and a Mason. He is survived by a special friend and caregiver, Tommie Kate Allen of Linden and the staff of Linden Health Care Center. His mother preceded him in death.

I.W. was my father-in-law. His biography nees to include that he served honorably in the Navy in WW II. He also is survived by two sons, 4 grandsons, 1 grand-daughter, and 10 great grandchildren. We are saddened to hear that he passed away in August. We hope he had a nice service and are saddened that we couldn't attend.
