LINDEN TX Graveside services for Michael Dean Lyda, 43, of Bivins will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday. March 17, 2012 at Center Grove Cemetery near Linden. Interment is under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home in Linden. Mr. Lyda passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2012 in Texarkana. He was born May 23, 1968 in Dallas to Howard and Neva Joyce Jackson Lyda. He was a pipe inspector. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Jodi Surratt Lyda of Bivins; two sons, Michael Bryan Lyda and Jacob Lyda and Gail Bowman, all of Linden; one daughter, Shelby Lyda and Jonathon Stone of Bivins; two grandchildren, Kaydence Lyda and Jacob Tomeis Lyda, Jr.; a sister, Donna Byrd of Mississippi; his step-father, Duane Smith of Linden; other family and friends who dearly loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Doyle; and a sister, Debbie.
