Charlene Lanell Martin

Graveside services for Charlene Allen Martin, 70, of Hughes Springs, formerly of Dallas, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Harris Chapel Cemetery in Hughes Springs, with Chaplain Don Ross officiating. Visitation will be Friday, August 21, 2009, afternoon and evening and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. of Hughes Springs. Mrs. Martin died August 19, 2009 at a Hughes Springs nursing home. She was born June 26, 1939 in Bochita, OK. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Urbandale in Dallas. Mrs. Martin is survived by her husband Curtis of Hughes Springs, one son Dewayne Martin of Dallas and two daughters and sons-in-law Rhonda and Darren Speir of Garland and Trecia and Tommy Fugitt of Dallas; one brother Morris G. Allen of Hughes Springs; five grandchildren Chad and Amanda Fugitt, Blake and Morgan Speir and Collin Martin; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Morris and Opal Allen.
