Funeral services for Curtis Edward Denmark, 57, of Avinger will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 21 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church of Avinger with Rev. Jessie Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mr. Denmark died Thursday in a Longview Hospital. He was born December 26, 1948 in Cass County Texas. He worked as a General Laborer. He is survived by one daughter Tina Denmark of Dallas; three brothers Freddie L. Denmark of Los Angeles, CA, Lee Denmark, Jr. of Avinger and Lawrence H. Denmark of New Jersey; six sisters Zettie M. Jones of Daingerfield, Mattie Chism and Arlethia Fomby of Hughes Springs, Linda M. Denmark of Lone Star, Kathlene Denmark of Longview and Annie Mae Holifield of Texarkana, AR; two grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
