He is survived by two brothers and three sisters-in-law, James Frank “Frankie” and Nancy Burson, Jr. of Cookville, Dane and Rosia Burson, and Judy Burson of Linden; and one sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Rickey Nichols of Hughes Springs; and a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Burson and one brother, Sammy Burson.
