Mrs. Harrell is survived by her husband Gene, of Texarkana, one daughter and son-in-law Kim and Brian Spaulding of Texarkana; one son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Kendra Harrell of Austin; one sister and brother-in-law Beverly and James Rowe of Hughes Springs; three grandchildren Sawyer, and Piper and Hartley Spaulding.
