Guestbook

  1. Randy was a great patriot who served his country when called upon to do so. His fourth of July parties to honor his country were popular for many years. He was a strong conservative in his politics and in everything he did. He was an accomplished bible scholar. He was not only a cousin but a great friend who never failed to help when asked and would loan anything he had to help out. I will miss him.

  2. Cathy-I’m so sorry for your lose. He was a sweet and kind man. My prayers are with you and your family.

  3. So sorry to hear about Charlie. Please accept my condolences. I worked many years with and for Charlie and considered him a friend.

  4. I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Randy. I always thought a great deal of him. I learned a lot from him and always respected the way he always spoke his mind. He will be missed.

  5. My sympathy to Randy’s family: Jesus said at Matthew 5:4 ‘Happy are those who mourn, since they will be comforted.’ Now, we can look to ‘the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, to comfort us in all our tribulation.’ 2 Corinthians 1:3-4. We can look forward with hope to the time described at Revelation 21: 4 where Almighty God will completely remove’suffering, sorrow and death.

  6. To the Mauldin Family, I’m Glenn Stanley’s wife. I just wanted to let you know that you all are in my heart and prayers. I know this is a difficult time but I know God is with you and will guide and comfort you through this. All my love. The righteous man perishes, and no one lays it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one understands. For the righteous man is taken away from calamity; He enters into peace; they rest in their beds who walk in their uprightness. Isaiah 57:1-2

  7. I am so sorry for your loss. Randy was a good man who made a lasting impression on my life in my youth. My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

  8. Mr. Mauldin lived in the house that had been built by my grandfather. My mother, Robin Chesser Coleman, visited Mr. Mauldin (and the house) every time she returned to Texas. I came to greatly enjoy visiting with him. He was warm, patient, considerate, funny, and smart as a whip – he made a great pecan pie (thanks to his tip I now add ribbon cane syrup) and shared his home-canned figs and yellow bellied watermelon. I am really going to miss visiting him. My deepest sympathies for your loss.

  9. Praying for all of you. Love you Cathy, I’m just a phone call away if you need me. Sorry I couldn’t be there in person.

  10. You and yours are in our prayers as you go through this difficult time. We are so sorry for your loss
