Rest In Peace Frank. I will always remember you. You were a wonderful co-worker. You taught me much in the old PO. I really enjoyed our quiet times together. We shared so many secrets about work and outside life. See you soon, gene
I met Frank in our small business in Lone Star many years ago and he came to church where I attend several time. He was a good person, always greeted you with a smile! Loved all the visits we had. My prayers are with his family at this time of loss. L Love & Prayers, Debbie C.
Frankie, you were truly one of a kind, and it was a hoot and an education to work with, if only since 1988. "All men should have a few cows to take care of". Profound! As was said, "a true southern gentleman", but one who did not suffer fools well, even if they didn’t discover the cuts till later. Go tend your cows, Frank, and know that we will miss you enormously. DOH

Frank was a high school classmate, and he was just a nice guy. Prayers for his family.
Frank was such a dear friend. He always stopped by mom’s to check on her. The most thoughtful man I have ever known.
We are sorry for your loss of Frank. Almighty God promises at Jeremiah 31:13, "’I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow." Isaiah 25:8-9 tells us that Almighty God will abolish death forever and wipe away tears from all faces. Remember that all of God’s promises come true. (Numbers 23:19; Titus 1:2)
Was a kind hearted neighbor… Always gave a helping hand…Was a gentleman always…Frank would come over and visit in the front yard…He made me smile…. I could listen to him talk for hours…. I will never forget this loving man….He loved his Mom and Ms. Margaret. He showed them his respect….There will never be another Frank. RIP my friend and neighbor.
You got that right a true Southern Gentleman & they don’t make them anymore. I was shocked and saddened to hear about Frank. He was one of my special cousins on my Dad’s side of the family. He always came to all our family funerals and was there to help in any way possible. Go rest high on that mountain with Gerry. Love and prayers to all of the family
god bless

Frank and I worked together at LSS for about twelve years. He was always entertaining and loved to agitate me. He could lay on the country cornpone with the best of them but he was sharp as a tack. He taught me a lot and it really shook me to hear of his passing. May perpetual light shine upon him and may his soul with the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace.
So sorry to hear about Frank .We had a customer come in today and told us
Whenever I traveled to Tyler to work on Postal Equipment Frank was my main contact at the plant. Always loved his country speak and his undeniable intelligent insight into whatever problem we were working. He loved his family and the land he worked. After viewing the video I can see why he was so passionate about them. Sorry for his passing and only finding out this many months afterwards. Blessings and good will to you all, his memory will be cherished.
My condolences to Frank’s family. May he rest in peace.
