Joe Wayne Fielder, 75, of Linden, TX. passed away April 15, 2017.  Mr. Fielder was born June 9, 1941 in Douglassville, TX. to Harry Fielder and Nancy Hillman.  Joe served his country proudly in the United States Army.

He is survived by his wife Margaret Fielder of Linden, TX.; one brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Wanda Fielder of Linden, TX.; five stepchildren and spouses; six nephews; three nieces; step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Tiffanay Fielder and two brothers, Alton and Bobby Fielder.

Services will be 3:00 p.m., Monday April 17, 2017 at Center Grove Cemetery with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating.  Burial under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral home in Linden.

Our funeral director Amy, from our first meeting to our last was so kind, She shared in our laughter of funny memories and she shared in our tears seeing our grief. My sister suddenly passed away a month after my dad and again, Kris and Amy were there to help us and we were so grateful.     Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. in Linden and Chris were there for me and my family when Keith passed away. Chris is so caring and thoughtful and was able to help me make it through the entire process of caring for Keith and my family until the final burial. He made the journey of death so much easier by his respect for our needs and his compassion for our pain and sorrow. I have known his staff for a long time and they also helped lighten our sorrow by their outpouring of love and compassion. Reeder-Davis also took care of my precious mom when she passed away three years after Keith. I still hug Chris and thank him whenever I can for helping me through losing loved ones.
