Services for Ms. Betty Murphy, age 81, will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Cornett Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.
Ms. Murphy was born April 18, 1937 and passed away November 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Florence Johnson; husband, Cecil Murphy; and son, David Lynn Murphy.
She is survived by six children: Cecil Jeff Murphy and wife Bobbie, Odis Edward Murphy, Peggy Annette Hidlebaugh and husband Destery, Gary Joe Murphy, Sherri Robinson and husband Paul, Tammy Hiles; 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
