Services for Linda Pat Wallace, 75, will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 6:00 until 8:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral home. 

Linda Pat Wallace was born January 12, 1944 to Damon and Frances Hicks. She passed away April 14, 2019. Linda was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Hughes Springs. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, James Fraze and Robert "Rab" Wallace; and one brother, Willard Maulden.

She is survived by five sons, Jay Fraze and wife Renee of Brownwood, Mike Wallace and wife Doris of Hallsville, Ricky Wallace and wife Mellissa of Hughes Springs, Calvin Wallace and wife Cissie of Hughes Springs, and Bruce Wallace of Springhill; one daughter, Patricia Fraze of Hughes Springs; 13 grandchildren; six grandchildren; and numerous friends that were as close as family.

  2. I am heartbroken to hear this. I thought of Linda as a dear friend. We would meet and talk like long lost family. So so sad to hear of her passing. Will be heartbroke ever time I go to town and pass her home. Prayers for comfort for the family.

  9. Linda was one of the first people I connected with when Hugh and I moved to Hughes Springs. She has always had a special place in my heart. We were cub scout mothers together.
