Chip Earl Doss, 52, of Marietta, was born December 29, 1966 in Texarkana, and passed away May 26, 2019. Chip was nothing but a redneck with a big heart. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Tipton; aunts, June Smith, Phyllis Springer.

He is survived by his sisters, Kellie Britton and April Sanders; niece, Shawna Britton; nephew, Adam Castle and wife Samantha; father, Lonnie Doss Sr., and wife Karla; step-father, Carson Tipton; aunt Rosanne Watkins; uncles, Ike Watkins and Jimmy Smith; and numerous cousin and friends.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.

  12. Worked with him a couple of years. Always had a good time around him and lonnie. Me and him use to go check on April to keep her out of trouble. Miss those days. They are so long ago now. I hope you filled your last days with enjoyment and was at ease when you left. See ya chip.
