Don Lambert

December 20, 1944 ~ July 7, 2019
Garrel Don Lambert was born December 20, 1944 to Guy and Veda Mae Prewitt Lambert in Dallas, Texas. He unexpectedly passed away July 7, 2019. Don loved to spend time hunting at the deer lease and fishing on the river.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Joyce Starnes.
Don is survived by three children, Harold Lambert and wife, Monica of Forney, Lori Meredith and husband, Johnny of Paris, Sherry Bollman and husband, Rippy of Rowlett; 14 grandchildren, Spencer Lambert, Alexander Lambert, Trevor Lambert, Trenton Lambert, Eric Garza, Jace Garza, Mason Lambert, Joshua Wilson, Rebecca Wilson, Caitlyn Wilson, Matthew Meredith, Aaron Meredith, Ashley Bollman, Blake Bollman; four great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Smith and husband, Larry; brother, Bud Lambert; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 10, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Chapel under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.
To the Lambert family:
There are no words to say that will fill the hole in your heart, but my thoughts are with you.
May your own personal faith sustain you through this very hard time.

I always liked to talk with Don about fishing and hunting tales. Prayers for his family and friends.
