Luevern Morrow

Mrs. Luevern Patton Morrow, daughter of John and Doney Patton, was born June 13, 1941 in Harrison County, Texas.

She was a member of Cedar Grove United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Morrow departed this life on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Doney; her husband, Nelvin Morrow; and daughter, Teresa LaVette.

Her memories will be cherished by three sons, Nelvin R. Morrow, Jr. (Kim) of Lakenheath, UK, Derric L. Morrow, and Gerold Morrow both of Diana, Texas; six grandchildren, Anthony, Phillip, Chassity, Cody, Braylan, Jakayla; three, great-grandchildren, Nia, Bentley, Savannah; three sisters, Bertha Morrow of Longview, Ina Peoples of Ore City, and Katie Hatten (Billy); four brothers, John Patton, Jr., Bellam Patton of Ore City, Wade Patton of Longview, and David Patton of Diana; one aunt, Earnestine Knox of Diana; one sister-in-law, LaNell Morrow; and numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, family and friends.

Funeral services for Luevern Morrow will be 12:00 noon, Monday, July 15, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Chapel in Ore City. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Ore City. There will be a time of visitation from 10:00 a.m. until noon the day of the service.
