Mary Kathryn “Ma” Wall, 88, of Linden, Texas departed this life and entered into her eternal home on August 29, 2019 surrounded by her loving family and friends.  Mrs. Wall was born August 21, 1931 in Jefferson, Texas to Leslie Foster and Rheathie Ryan Foster.

She is survived by her children, Mike Wall (Jamie), Jerry Wall (Pat), Kathy Kirkland (Tracy); grandchildren, Cory Wall (Kelli), Brian Wall (Kim), Buddy Whatley (Susan), Amy Aldridge (Jim), Rodney Whatley (Nikki), Brandon Wall (Holly), Stephanie Duncan (Keith); great-grandchildren, ReAnn, Destiny, Dustin, Chandler, Emily, Hannah, Avery, Cayden, Ada, Ethan, Ansley, A.J., Cora, Zoe, Mia; sister, Rheathie Joyce (Jr); brother-in-law, Cooter Wall (Becky); sister-in-law, Betty Davis (Art) ;her special friend and caretaker, Becky and her remaining C.O.W.’s, along with countless friends and aquaintances.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Pete Wall; brothers and sisters, Roat, Howard, Josephine, Leslie, Joe, Linda Jean, L.H. and Myrtle.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2019 at the Centerhill Baptist Church with Bro. Donald Sheffield officiating.  Burial to follow in the Huffines Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.

The family will receive friends from 6 till 8 p.m., Saturday evening at the funeral home.

  4. Ms. Kathryn was a beautiful lady with a beautiful soul. I always enjoyed being around her. She's at peace now and singing with the rest of the angels in heaven now. Just remember that when you are missing her.
