Larry Wayne Capps, 68, of Jefferson, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born May 12, 1951 to Melvin Capps and Viva Stewart Capps.
He is survived by his children, Crystal and Kevin Hitchcock, Clint Capps, Brandi Capps,Cora Capps and Andrew Chambliss, Robin Capps; three grandchildren, Jesse and Tanner Kimball, Jackson Chambliss; one sister, Sharon Whelchel and numerous nephews, niece and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Capps; parents, Melvin and Viva Capps, nephew, Stacey Whelchel and his father and mother-in-law, Paul and Pauline Shirley.
Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Pinecrest Baptist Church with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating.

I am so sorry for the loss of Larry. I remember several hunting trips with him. Larry was such a good man and he will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the whole family.
