Annis Ree Hays

Annis Ree Hays, 83, of Linden passed away February 9, 2020 peacefully at her home. Mrs. Hays was born June 20, 1936 in Linden, Texas to Arthur Herbert Tramel and Maggie Mae Welsh.
She is survived by her children, Joe Dan Hays and wife Theresa of Big Sandy, TX, Bruce Randall Hays of Linden, TX, Paige Hays of Linden, TX; three sisters, Margaret Attaway, Beavely Clark, Linda Harris; four brothers, Orvis Tramel, Jerry Tramel, Verl Tramel, Charles Tramel; two step-grandchildren, Adam McDermott, Amanda Hortman and numerous other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Joe Hays; three sisters, Bet Shew, Nita Morris, Cliff Shew and two brothers, Royce Tramel and Jake Tramel.
Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday February 14, 2020 in the chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating. Burial to follow in the Caves Springs Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
There will be a time of visitation one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Caves Springs Cemetery Association, 3740 CR 1617, Avinger, TX 75630.

Annis and I were 1st cousin. We did family research together. We had a lot of fun. I really missed her the last few years when she was not able to research with me. Prayers for Joey, Randy and Paige. Thankful that I was able to visit with her just before Christmas.
