Services for Mr. Charles Leon Campbell, 73, will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, February 24, 2020 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial will follow at Bradfield Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. Monday and lasting until service time. 

Charles Leon Campbell was born March 4, 1946 in Clarksville, Texas. He passed away February 21, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father, J.D. Campbell; mother, Hazel Hall; step-father, James Hall; two brothers, Roger Campbell, Jim Campbell; and step-son, Brandon Williston. 

He is survived by two daughters, Cindy Lenox and husband, Chuck of Donie, Texas and Robyn Campbell of Oklahoma; three grandsons, Byron Lenox and wife, Kourtney, Slade Stand and Brandon Jax Campbell; three granddaughters, Izabelle Coleman, Kaylynn Rhea and Chaylynn Rhea; two great-grandsons, Brazos, Lenox and Brant Lenox; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathi and Mike Blackburn, Nancy and Jim Bob Shipp; special friends, Rose and Kyle Campbell, grandparents to his grandchildren; and special friend and caretaker, Jackie Campbell.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. I know you a heartbroken and my heart goes out to all of you.
    I didn't know your dad very well but in the short time I spent with him at the facility, he made a lasting impression. He was a very sweet man and I had a lot of respect for him. I wish I had known him better. Heaven gained one sweet soul.
