Peggy Jean Walker Sheffield, 83, of Linden, TX passed away peacefully on May 7, 2020. Mrs. Sheffield was born May 22, 1936 in Caves Springs, TX.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Valarie & Tom Richert of Liberty, TX, Sherri & Mike Mauceli of Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Natalie Kelinske of West, TX, Scott Richert of Austin, TX, Madilyn Mauceli of Dallas, TX two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sue Granberry of Douglassville, TX, Sharon Shelton of Tyler, TX; four nephews, Tommy Granberry, Jim Granberry, Shep Granberry, Bryan Smith; two nieces, Regina Wilson, Brandy Smith and numerous great-nephews, nieces and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Les and Sadine Walker; husband, E.H. Sheffield and her sister, Sandra Smith.
Private graveside services will be Saturday May 9, 2020 at the Linden Cemetery with Pastor Michael Bedevian officiating, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
There is no scheduled visitation, but friends are welcome to come by the funeral home between 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. Friday May 8, 2020 to view and sign the registry.
