John Henry Keasler was born April 4, 1934 in Avinger, Texas to Joe and Polly Keasler. He passed away May 1, 2022. Johnny married Gay Keasler on June 19, 1957; they were married for almost 60 years before her passing. He was the proud owner of Johnny Keasler Trucking, spent a lot time farming and taking care of his cows, and was a dedicated member of Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Johnny was a great father, loved spending time with his grandchildren, and was always generous. 

 
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Gay Keasler; and sister, Lady Beth Keasler.
 
He is survived by children, Jesse Keasler of Plano, Texas, Jon Keasler and wife Connie of Winona, Texas, Jan Lambert and husband Tim of Avinger, Texas; grandchildren, Crystal Keasler of Chicago, Illinois, Jordan Keasler and fiancé Felipe Desousa of Plano, Texas, Jenna Keasler and fiancé Mark Yagual of San Diego, California, Jennifer Hendry and husband Daniel of Chicago, Illinois, Stephanie Roadcap and husband Keith of Wake Village, Texas, Camden Lambert and wife Kayla of Longview, Texas, Carson Lambert and wife Kellianne of Memphis, Tennessee, and Casey Lambert of Longview, Texas; brother, Brooks Keasler of Avinger, Texas; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives. 
 
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Turkey Creek Baptist Church, 4595 County Road 2993. Hughes Springs, TX 75656. 
 
Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Turkey Creek Baptist Church. Burial to follow at Avinger Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation from 5:00 until 7:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
