Services for Marcus Hopkins, 38, will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Jefferson Jr. High School. Burial will follow at Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Mr. Hopkins will lie in state from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday at Lewis and Walker Funeral Home in Jefferson. 

Marcus Undre Hopkins was born September 27, 1983 to Tommy Gray and Sandra Hopkins. He went to his heavenly home on May 4, 2022. Marcus was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Lynn Hopkins; grandparents, Clemmie and Ralph Hopkins, Oreda Benton-Gray, and Odis Gray, Sr. 

He is survived by his father Tommy Gray; children, McKenna Murphy and MaKaelynn Hopkins; siblings, Jeramaine Hopkins, Sr., Tommy Hopkins, Jr. (Ashley), Deon Hopkins, Sr. (Nikki), Sontasha Hopkins (Adrian), Reneasha Hopkins, Journi Armington, Jakari Armington; nieces and nephews, Jermiya Hopkins, Jeramaine Hopkins, Jr., Jerkeriah Hopkins, Jerkoryan Hopkins, Jeramaine Hopkins III, Jordyn Hopkins, Christon Bowman, Caemyn Warren, Jacoby Warren, Journii Hopkins, Brooklyn Williams, Carlee Warren, Carter Warren, Deon Hopkins, Jr.; special friend, Jennifer Kennimer; and a host of extended family and friends.
