  2. Jackie, the best friend I ever had! There are so many things I could say about this wonderful lady, that I can’t even begin. I have missed talking with her since I moved away, but I cherished every minute with her. She will be missed and my prayers are with you all.

  3. I have known Jackie since 1976 when we first moved to Shreveport. Lauri was a little thing and used to go in my husband's office to look for the candy he always had for her in his bottom desk drawer. In 1978 along came Larry – he was Larry Lee to us. His birth proved to be a welcome help for me. We adopted our son the following February and Jackie came bearing a bassinette and clothes galore. Since our boys were close in age we were together often. I have tried to be there when she needed me and she has always done her best to be there when I needed her. As we moved through the years, she and John were always good to visit and we always enjoyed our visits with them we were back in Texas. When she had her phone we used to talk several times a week. I have missed our talks and I miss her voice. She was one of a kind and she will be greatly missed! I love you, Jackie!

  4. Lauri, Jeff, Logan & Lindsey, so,so very sorry. What great joy knowing she is now with our Lord.
Love you all, Beth & Terry Wiley

  5. Larry, so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. It is never easy losing a parent and especially our Mom's. Hopefully the memories you created with her will help comfort you during this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  6. So sad to hear of Jackie's passing. She was such a special person with an infectious laugh. We shared so many good times.
She and John came into by life at the perfect time and I will always cherish those memories.
Thinking of all the family. She absolutely adored all of you!

  7. Febuary 9, 2023
Jackie and I were neighbors and best friends on Wiscassett St. Our friendship was lasting even when she moved to Linden and married John. James and I made day trips to see her when she was at the Villa. Unfortunately, I just learned of her death when I call to check on her and send a Valentine. I am sadden that I was not aware of her death until today.
