Alma Cosa Dotson Wilson of Lone Star, Texas passed away Monday March 2, 2015 at Good Sheppard Hospital, Longview, Texas. She was born April 19, 1919 at Phelps, Kentucky to George W. and Ebbie McCoy Dotson. Alma was preceded in death by her son, Charles Dan Wilson; her parents; and her brothers and sisters. She leaves to mourn and honor her memory, three children, Sandra L. Wilson of Bella Vista, AR, Sherrie L. Foster of Nacogdoches, TX and Steve R. Wilson of Lone Star, TX; her son-in-la,w Gary Foster; daughtersin-law, Brenda G. Wilson and Judy G. Wilson; six grandsons and a granddaughter, Mark (Leslie) Wilson, Kevin Stanton, Chris (Laura) Wilson, Jan (Phil) Holland, Jason Wilson, Jeremy Wilson, and Jeff (Amber) Wilson; great-grandchildren, Caleb Wilson, Savannah (Sam) Brown, Cassie (Rick) Lovelace, Austin (Brittney) Holland, Allie Wilson, Trevor Wilson, Mallory Wilson, Jaden Wilson, Jace Wilson and Kailey Wilson. Great great grandchildren; Easton Brown, Charley Lovelace and Paisley Holland; half-brother, Ryder Jenkins; along with numerous nieces and nephews, chiefly from Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas. All of them loved by her and she celebrated their birthdays celebrated as she was able. Christmas was her favorite time of the year because it allowed her to have most of her family present. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Church on the Rock in Daingerfield, with Bro. Randy Seybert officiating. Services are under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs.

  2. Ms. Alama, MOM to me, set the bar at max in integrity. I knew she was a tru blessing to me. She was an inspiration to me personally and I am sure to all her family. Her strength of character and convictions in her beliefs were amazing. Ms. Alma was truly the Matriarch and lead by example. She adored her children and family. I will miss her daily. My prayers and sympathies to Sandy, Sherrie and Steve along with the rest of her family. RIP MOM—–LOVE YOU ALWAYS—-BJ
