Services for Annetta Vaughn, 83, of Daingerfield will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial will follow at Clark Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday and lasting until service time.
Ms. Vaughn was born January 9, 1935 and passed away January 2, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claud and Annie Mae Vaughn' sister, Claudia Cason; and nephews, Anthony Cason, Kenneth Heard, and Joe Mike Cason.
She is survived by two sisters, Betty Smith and husband Don, Dean Knight; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved daschund, Jax.
The family wishes to give a special thanks to Grace Hill Nursing Center, Cima Hospice, and Kim Fowler for their loving care.

I was so saddened to learn of Annetta’s passing. She babysat my brother and me when we were young. I have such fond memories of those times. I always loved her and she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers to her family.
