Annie Bell Epps Traylor

Services for Annie Bell Epps Traylor, 88, of Daingerfield, will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Shiloh Temple of Faith. Burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. Ms.Traylor will lie in state from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Annie Bell Epps Traylor was born January 31, 1932 in Morris County to the late, Mack Traylor and Emmer Traylor. On February 14, 2020 she left this earthly home to be with her heavenly father.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She also went to Shiloh Temple of Faith, where she worshiped in fellowship with her late brother, Terry Traylor and sister-in-law, Claudia Jane Traylor. She also hosted prayer meetings in her home.
Annie Bell Traylor was a student at Daingerfield Schools. She learned how to cook at an early age and became a wonderful chef. After school she had a son, Lee Oscar, who died at an early age. She always wanted children. She married the late Leamon Epps and to this union five children were born.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Emmer Traylor; husband, Leamon Epps; brother, Terry Traylor; and sister, Dorothy Marie Russell.
She is survived by her children, Larry Epps and wife, Nannette of Daingerfield, Walter Epps of Lone Star, Michael Epps of Daingerfield, Sharon Washington of Daingerfield, Carolyn Lewis of Daingerfield; ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;one great-great grandson; siblings, Richard Ruth Baker, William Charles Traylor and wife Marla, Bobbie Fay Phox and husband Earl; sister-in-law, Claudia Jane Traylor; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She will truly be missed and was loved by everyone.
