Funeral services for Arzula Royal,age 80 of Lone Star (Lake Othe Pines) will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Rock Island Non Denominational Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Pilgrim Cemetery, under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home of Ore City. There will be a time of visitation from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Arzula was born November 11, 1933 and passed away Friday, June 27, 2014 in Tyler. She leaves to cherish her most precious memories four children; Betty Conwright (Robert) of Houston, Tx; Charles Royal of Lone Star, Texas; Marylin Miller (David) of Desoto, Texas; and Scottie Royal (Patrice) of Mesquite, Texas. One step daughter; Ruthel Morgan of Houston, Texas. Two brothers; Frank Graham (Gloria) of Desoto Texas; Calvin Graham (Jan) of Desoto, Texas; two sisters; Louise Hatten of Lone Star, Texas; Marce Graham of Desoto, Texas; and a step sister Josephine Smith of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren; Broxton Conwright, Mataya Peel, Jasmine Arterberry, Jordan Arterberry, Jacorey Royal, and Janae Royal; three great grandchildren; Four nephews; Thomas, Rodrick, Christopher, and Anthony; two nieces; Pam, and Stephanie and a host of relatives and friends.

  7. Sweet ArzulaArzula helped me with my housework when my children were young almost 50 years ago. She was one of the sweetest, most caring and hardworking ladies I have ever known. I cherish the memories of her laughter and cheerful attitude, which she always displayed then and every time I bumped into her in the years since. She blessed my life. My sympathy to her family.
