Calvin Lawrence Amos

Calvin Lawrence Amos, 69, of Linden, passed away, February 13, 2015. Mr. Amos was born June 18, 1945 in Pampa, Tx to Gilbert Lawrence Amos and Opal Laverne Tinney. Calvin served his country in the US Army. Survivors include two sons; James Amos of Linden, Tx, Troy Lowry of Atlanta, Tx.; one daughter, Shelly Melder of Marlin, Tx; six grandchildren; five brothers and one sister. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Amos, Roy and Opal Echols and his wife Margarite Amos. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 16, 2015 at the Linden Cemetery with Bro. Starkey Gunn officiating and under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
