Charles Edward Kizer, 56, of Hughes Springs, was born October 31, 1962 in Marietta, and passed away April 1, 2019 in Hughes Springs. Mr. Kizer was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ione Kizer; wife, Phyllis Kizer, brother, Ricky Jean Jones.
He is survived by his children, Misty Kizer, Michael Kizer and wife Jilliann, Christina Kizer, Cory Brockman, and Vance Boggs; grandchildren, Charles Rancour, Rose Rancour, Roger Rancour, A'den Kizer, Koda Kizer, Charlei Kizer, and Chanlee Jo Kizer; brothers, Bo Jones and Jerry Jones; uncle, Robert Kizer; and numerous other relative.
