Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Ms. Cricket. I did not know you, but you made an amazing woman. So, you must have been a great person. Death is not the end, it is just the beginning. It is the ultimate freedom to not be imprisoned in this World of pain any longer.
I hope to meet you someday! Until then have a great journey.

  2. We love you and have called you Daughter for over 20 years. I cannot say that you will be missed because your memory will keep you alive in our hearts. Give Cricket our love as the two of you pester our other loved ones until we get to join the fun. We love you.

  3. Oh Mama!!! I don't understand this at all. I miss you so much. 57 years is not nearly long enough. You were called home way too soon. I sit here and read the things you wrote to me in my baby book. and it's as if you're here with me. I listen to your voicemails every day and hear your beautiful voice. (My favorite is the Valentine's Day message!) You and Stack had a deal, Ornery! You were going to beat this because you were too ornery to let it win! But, I know you were overjoyed when you got to see Grandma and Grandpa again! I love you and I thank God for the short time I had with you. I love you and promise to honor your wishes.

  4. Jesus said he who is without sin cast the first stone, with a free spirit like you Mama there's gonna have to be a little sin, but thats ok. You always rose above whatever life threw your way whether you realized you had or not. Sometimes you were too busy helping others to notice that your trials amd tribulations, like we all have in this life, had been resolved or somehow Our Father in Heaven had simply pressed or allowed you to press the easy button. Im not saying it was all easy for you Mama, what I'm trying to say is I saw a woman who believed in Our Lord and you weren't perfect but you made sure that me and your daughter knew about our Savior as well. Im not a perfect Christian at all, but I think that is the greatest most valuable gift a Mother could give to her child. I want you to know that because of that gift alone there was never a doubt in my mind of whether or not you loved me, even in the roughest times in our relationship. Ok of course Ill miss you but we will see one another again. Now you have earned it Paradise! With Jesus and your Mama and Daddy! Give everyone big Love from this guy. Your baby boy

  5. You have been my sister for over 20 years. Our first connection was when Cricket and Cricket (my brother, David Jones) parties together. You both showed such a testimony when you surrendered to serve Jesus instead of drugs.
Your gift of joy and singing blessed us as songleader at SouthSide. When anyone was struggling, you were first to help them and share your energetic smile. And your eagerness in learning His Word made Bible Study more exciting.
Today, two crickets chirp together in Heaven. I know that Jesus heart is blessed by you two who were overcomers…survivors…not victims from all that lifeguard your way. We will miss you, but you made a mark that will never let you be out of hearts and lives! I love you forever, Sissie!

  6. So sorry for your loss ,she had a big heart ,I worked with her in OC she will be missed 🙏🙏 for you n the family

  7. Grasshopper I miss you so very much. Never in a million year would i have thought God would call you home so soon. You have always been momma #2. After my mom died you was the only mother I had left then God called you home too. I feel lost. I know you're smiling down on me from heaven. I am truly grateful for all the wonderful memories I have of you. I love you and you will always be missed. Fly high be a peace.

  8. Cricket you will be greatly missed by all. You were a great friend to all, and we all love you still. Have great memories as well. Enjoy being with Jesus and your parents. Sing praises to Jesus personally. Until we meet again. Love and miss you.
