A memorial visitation for Deborah Kelly, 61, of Avinger will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Ore City.
Deborah Darlene Dodie Kelly was born June 7, 1957 near Detroit, Michigan and passed away February 18, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by her father, Glen Vernon Boroughs; mother, Doris Marie Sessoms.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Kelly of Avinger; two daughter, Tricia C. Kelly of Salisbury, North Carolina and Angela Ann Kelly of Boone, North Carolina; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Deborah rests in peace until the resurrection (Acts 24: 15) and the promised removal of the causes of unwanted tears ‘ suffering, sorrow and death. Isaiah 25:8, Isaiah 33:24. Family and friends rely on the hearer of prayer for comfort and peace. (Psalm 65:2; 66:19)

Larry, I am so sorry for your loss. I had the awesome privilege of meeting Dodie and she was wonderful to talk to . Kay and I enjoyed talking to her. She had away of making you feel that she knew you all of your life. She was a very sweet person.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I only met and saw Dodie a few times. She was loved by Larry, her children, family and the hundreds of cats she rescued through the years. God has another precious angel.
