Deola Doddy

Services for Ms. Deola Doddy, age 77, of Hughes will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Hughes Springs Community Church. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. 

Deola Johnson Doddy was born December 11, 1941 in Hughes Springs, TX to Lena Mae Denmark and Woodrow Johnson. She departed this life on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at the tender age of 77.

She was preceded in death by her husband Orange Doddy, sister Imafay Denmark, Mother Lena Mae Denmark, and father Woodrow Johnson.

Those left to cherish her memories: brother, Therman Denmark Jr; children, Cynthia Stiger, Charlene Hendricks, Craig Doddy and Calvin Doddy; grandchildren, Cederion Hopkins, Terrell Stiger, Wesley Stiger, Richard Martin, Rashonda Porter, Cynthia Hendricks, Payton Doddy and Jaylon Jones; great grandchildren, Vickie Hendricks, Keiarra Madden, Jason Madden Jr, Edjren Porter and Terrell Stiger Jr; niece and nephew, Stacy Kirk and Andrian Denmark; great niece and nephew, Jalene Denmark and Jacorey Denmark; great great nephew, Jackson along with a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
