Earl Wayne Hatten

September 25, 1956 ~ April 27, 2016
Earl is survived by his mother, Frances Hatten; two brothers, Gene and Jerry Hatten; his wife, Trish Hatten; former wife Jayne Hatten; daughters, son, and step-daughter, Candace Hatten, Chasity Childers, Chancey and Jeremy Gallant, and Danielle Rankin. He was blessed with 16 beautiful grandchildren who he loved to no end.
He loved his mama and girls. He loved his fie and his Lord. He had a green thumb and always had a garden. Earl was a jack of all trades and loved to build things. He loved having his family over for the best fish around or even just a hot dog. He loved the outdoors, where he took his girls camping and fishing. He would sit around a campfire and play his guitar. He traveled the country working as a millwright and made friends in every state.
Earl knew that the Lord had a plan for him and his life. He is now walking with Jesus.
Services for Mr. Hatten will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Reeder-Davis Chapel. Burial will follow at Hughes Springs Cemetery under the Direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Hughes Springs. There will be time of visitation one hour prior to the service.

Daddy I never thought I would lose you, grandma or Uncle Den but I did and it hurts everyday. I miss ya so much I know ya knew I loved ya but I'm sure that ya had no idea how much. It's been almost 6 years and everyday is hard, you raised me to be tough but no one could be tough enough to handle the complete loneliness I have felt since ya left me. Hope to see ya soon all my love Chas
