Edna Ruth Hamilton, 86, of Jefferson passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015. Ms. Hamilton was born June 9, 1929 in Quanah, TX to Harold and Eunice Taylor. She was an LVN. Survivors include her daughter, Alicia Fallis of Keithville, LA; son, D.J. Hamilton of Harleton, TX and nine grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Verner Paul Hamilton. Services will be 1:00 P.M., Sunday, September 20, 2015 in the Chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating. Burial to follow in the Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden.
