Emogene Garlow

LINDEN TX Emogene Garlow, 78, of Daingerfield, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2013 in a Daingerfield nursing center. She was born August 8, 1934 in Bloomburg, Texas to William Ira and Blanch Hooper Hinton. She was a homemaker. Survivors include two brothers, James Hinton and William Hinton; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Nell and Charles Lawry, Genet Hinton, and Joyce and Autry Ward. Preceding her in death was her husband, Darrell Garlow; her parents; four brothers, Willie Hinton, Raymon Hinton, Vernon Hinton and Johnny Doyle Hinton; three sisters, Clara Lou Webb, Minnie Browning, and Evelyn Hinton. A graveside service will be at 3:30pm Sunday in Salem Cemetery, Atlanta, under the direction of Reeder-Davis-Schindler Funeral Home in Linden.
