Services for Erma Louise Williams, 77, of Avinger will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 4, 2006 at Reeder-Davis Chapel with Rev. Larry Neeley officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. Mrs. Williams died Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at her residence. She was born July 21, 1929 in Hughes Springs, Texas. She was co-owner of AW Carpet Co. and a member of Hughes Springs Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel C. Williams in 1980. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Debbie Williams of Avinger; her brother, Weldon Adams of Shreveport; three grandchildren, Joseph Williams of Avinger, Moses Williams and his wife, Debora, of Birmingham, AL, and Jennifer Perry and her husband, Andrew, of Killeen, TX; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Viewing and visitation will be Thursday afternoon and evening at the funeral home and the family will receive guests after 6:00 p.m.
