Evelyn Caver

Evelyn George Caver, 96, of Atlanta, formally of Linden, passed away July 2, 2015 at a local nursing home. Mrs. Caver was born July 8, 1918 in Linden, TX to Stuart Emmett and Evie Wall George. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Linden. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Milton Jr. and Romie Caver of Linden; one daughter, Mary Jane Caver of Forney, TX; four grandchildren, Brian Caver and wife Karen of Carthage, TX, Gary Caver of Linden, Karista Rosales of Forney, TX, Nikki Witherspoon and husband Bryan of Forney, TX; seven great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milton Caver, Sr. Services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home with Bro. Jackie Stanfield officiating. Burial to follow in the Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis Funeral Home in Linden. There will be a time of visitation from 12:30 till 1:30 prior to the service.
