Frances E. Burns, 90, of Hughes Springs was born July 22, 1922 in Cass County to the parents of Leo and Eva Foster. She passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 in a Mt. Pleasant hospital. There will be a visitation from 5:00 until 6:00 Sunday evening at the Reeder-Davis Funeral Home, Inc. in Hughes Springs.
